- Cargo Tracking Form - Bordereau de Suivi de Cargaison [BSC]

Type
A Cargo Tracking Note [CTN] / Bordereau de Suivi de Cargaison [BSC] must be
obtained at the port of departure/load [POL]. This is mandated by the Conseil
Sénéglaise des Chargeurs [COSEC] and decreed by the Ministry
of Finance & Economy No 04350 dated 26/05/08.
The CTN/BSC is applicable for import cargo
only. The CTN/BSC does NOT apply on transit/CTBL cargo.

Responsibilities & Cost
The responsibility relating to the issuance of the CTN/BSC and all costs is
with the shipper.
Documentation Requirements
You must ensure that the CTN/BSC reference number is indicated clearly on the
B/L and on the cargo manifest. If this number is missing you will be liable
to a penalty fine fine of CFA 100,000 per bill of lading which will
