Dubai Autodrome

The Dubai Autodrome was opened in 2004 and includes an FIA-sanctioned 5.39km circuit, with 6 different configurations. You will be amazed to find out it also has a race and driving school and a CIK-approved karting track.

The Dubai Autodrome has been built to world-class standards and in the early half of 2006 started the first national motor racing program in the UAE. This includes GTI Cup specification cars such as Golf GTI’s.


The race track was officially inaugurated in October 2004 when it hosted the final round of the GT Championships. The president of The Dubai Autodrome HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum stated in January 2007 that they are committed to adhering to the highest international standards in all major events in the UAE and the Middle East. His aim with the Autodrome is to create an international landmark that will host major racing championships and maybe one day Formula One.

At the Autodrome you can turn those racing car dreams into reality the course offers the option to ‘arrive and drive’ this quite simply means you turn up in the morning and drive a race car ranging from a 200BHP automatic Audi to a 180BHP 5 speed Sequential single seater sports car, this is the closest thing to a Formula One race track car! You will find the costing amazing ranging from Dhs600 – Dhs900. (£80-£125).

The Race and Driving School is the first of its kind in the Middle East and caters for the novice as well as the experienced driver. We recommend if you have time to book a session. Corporate packages are also available and be tailored to suit your requirements for up to 120 people
