Freight Rate Restoration effective 1st July 2005 -

With reference to the EWATA announcement
of the Southbound Rate Restoration programme on the 29th November
2004 we wish to advise customers of the implementation of the following
Southbound Rate Restoration effective 1st July 2005.
These restorations will be implemented on all southbound
cargoes shipped from Northern Europe/Atlantic range to West Africa
as follows:

Northbound

IIn line with the Europe West Africa Trade Agreement
[EWATA], OTAL iis introducing
two rate restorations as from October 1st, 2004 and January 1st,
2005.
Confronted with the constant increase in costs of operating
vessels the restoration of freight rates has become imperative to
guarantee quality and consistency of service to our customers.
These restorations will be implemented on all northbound
cargoes shipped from West Africa to Northern Europe as follows:

Rate Restoration - Effective from October 1 2003
For two years the economic imbalance of the Europe
- West Africa market has generated a severe drop in freight rate
levels. Confronted
with the constant fall in revenue and the increase in costs (vessels,
productivity and congestion in some ports), the restoration of
freight rates has become imperative to guarantee the quality
and consistency of service to our customers in the long term.
Therefore OT Africa Line will increase (from October 1st 2003) freight
rates from the Atlantic range to West Africa as follows:

Morocco Rate Restoration
- 09/06/03
Confronted with the constant fall in revenue and with
ever increasing costs (vessels, productivity and congestion in some
ports), the restoration of freight rates has become imperative to
guarantee the quality and consistency of service to our customers
in the long term.
Therefore OT Africa Line will increase (from July1st
2003) its southbound freight rates from Morocco to West African ports
as follows:
