a) All foreign products natural or manufactured,
mentioning on any part of the packaging, labelling or on the product
itself, a brand or commercial name, any sign or indication whatsoever,
which might lead to believe that the product was made in Mali or is
of Malian origin.

c) All medicine for human use imported without prior authorisation
from the Ministry of Public Health.
d) All medicine for veterinary use
imported without prior authorisation from both Ministry of Health and
Ministry in charge of stock breeding
e) Toxic waste
f) All goods whose origin is or which are shipped from
Israel
Restricted Imports
a) Importation of wheat: presentation of certificate
of origin and sanitary certificate is mandatory.
b) Importation of cigarettes, tobacco and matches: subject to prior
authorisation by Ministry of Commerce.
c) Importation of fishing net in fine meshing, less than 50 mm: subject
to prior authorisation from Ministry of Water and Forest.
