Congo - Cargo Registration Note - 29/01/04

According to the Conseil Congolais des Chargeurs (CCC) /Congolese Shippers' Council (CSC), the present pre-printed document system of the Cargo Identification Note (BIC) is to be replaced by an Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN).

This applies for all shipments/Bills of Lading to the Congo with effect from January 10th 2004.
