At OTAL, we care about soft commodities and pride ourselves in being able to assist customers to help them chose the best transport because cocoa, coffee, rubber, cotton, timber, charcoal, palm kernels, palm kernel cakes, groundnuts, yams, frozen seafood and cassava chips all have different specific needs and require different equipment and lining / dressing.

With access to a fleet of over 900,000 containers, we can provide ventilated containers, reefer containers, bolsters, flat racks, open top containers, 20ft standard, 40ft standard and 40ft high cube containers to suit your individual requirements.

We can also provide a range of specific lining such as corrugated cardboard and dryer bags for commodities which are prone to condensation, bulkheads for all types of cargoes to be loaded bulk into a container, liner bags for dusty commodities which could damage a container, etc...

The use of Ro-Ro vessels enables us to carry safely conventional air-dried hardwoods as well as out of gauge cargo or project cargo returning to Europe...

Our network of agencies are on hand to provide professional advice and technical assistance on all pre-carriage and stuffing arrangements that maybe required.
