----------------------------------------------------------------------
OT Africa Line (OTAL) is pleased to announce
a new operational agreement with Japan's Mitsui OSK Line (MOL) and
French based Delmas. This agreement will strengthen OTAL's service
on their North Europe - West Africa route and generally optimise capacity
on the trade. The agreement will take effect from October 15th 2003.
A dual loop service will be offered as follows:

OTAL's weekly ro-ro service remains unchanged and is
not part of this agreement.
This is not the first time that the Bolloré Group has teamed
up with Mitsui OSK Lines. This new development seals a relationship
that has already been in existence for many years in one form or another.
MOL (West Africa), or MOLWAF, was created in 2001 to help develop and
strengthen sales and customer service along the West African coast
in co-operation with an existing agency network.
